Water Delivery Hoses are fully extruded “through-the-weave“ layflat Delivery Hose, they are Heavy Duty, High Pressure and High Performance.

High pressure High Performance Fire hose Manufactured
to British Standard BS6391-1983 Type 3


Lightweight High performance lay flat hose designed specifically for the delivery of cold potable water. The PU lining is WRAS approved to BS6920. The product is listed in the Water Fittings and Materials Directory (Part2-Materials Section) Listing No 9206523 High Visibility Blue external Jacket manufactured in High quality NBR Rubber with abrasion resistant ribs. Suitable for temporary pipelines, bypass, filling of watertanks and bowsers and in Marine Freshwater applications.

Ribbelite Range of Hoses

General purpose all synthetic layflat delivery hose to BS6391 Types 1 and 2. UK DOT-MSA (Marine Safety Approved) for Marine use. Suitable for industrial and rural Fire Brigades as well as static building protection, marine use and for general  industrial, commercial and civil engineering applications and all washdown  applications.

Instantaneous Hose Couplings

Manufactured to BS336 in either Light Alloy or Gun Metal, Nominal size 2½”.

Body with differing hose tail sizes available.

Manufactured in either Light Alloy, Brass or Gun Metal Maximum working pressure 16 Bar. The Storz Coupling is a symmetrical hermaphrodite coupling connected by a two lug bayonet joint. The coupling size is determined by the distance between the two lugs. Referred to as KA distance.

Nakajima Coupling System

The Nakajima coupling system is a hermaphrodite connecting system which has two interlocking connecting lugs.

• Manufactured to JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard)
• Sizes: Available in three nominal

coupling sizes:
• DN40
• DN50
• DN65

These standards can be supplied with male or female thread adaptors. Blank caps and washers are available.

Inline Foam Inductors

For the Induction of foam compound into a house line.

• Fitted with adjustable knob allowing accurate proportioning of mixing rate between 0 and 6%
• Designed for use with medium to heavy duty foam nozzles.
• Fitted with 2½” Instantaneous Male inlet and 2½” Female outlet to BS336

Foam Making Branchpipes

Heavy Foam Nozzle for use with Pre mixed foam solution.

• Constructed with heavy duty Stainless Steel Tubes with lightweight plastic carrying handle and rubber protection ring.
• Standard Inlet - 64mm Instantaneous male in light alloy; other connections available upon request.
• Working Pressure at Inlet 5 Bar

Foam Pick Up Tubes

Clear PVC Non collapsible suction hose with helical reinforcement 19mm Diameter.

• Fitted with Light Alloy D25 Coupling for coupling for connection onto inline inductor and 1 metre stainless steel piercer.
