R448A (SOLTICE N40) is a non-flammable HFO blend used as a replacement for R404A and R22 in low and medium temperature refrigeration systems. It offers a low Global Warming Potential (GWP) and high energy efficiency. R448A also offers a low discharge temperature at medium and low temperature conditions. R448A is suitable for new installations and retrofit.
