Standard ultrasonic cleaning tanks
Engineered for exceptional performance and durability, the standard tanks are constructed entirely of heavy gauge 316L stainless steel.
All standard models incorporate Hilsonic’s robust, reliable generators and industrial rod converters, as well as the company’s unique frequency sweep process.
With a watt-per-litre range up to 50W, the standard Hilsonic range is designed for years of trouble-free operation in the harshest industrial environments.
Accessories including lids and baskets are also available for all models.

What is ultrasonic cleaning?
Ultrasonic cleaning is a process that utilises sound waves to safely and conveniently clean different surfaces. It’s a powerful way to clean delicate or hard-to-reach parts in industries such as the power generation and marine sectors.
An ultrasonic cleaning system consists of two components: a generator and transducers. Hilsonic’s generators run on a patented frequency sweep, which creates intense, uniform cavitation and transfers energy efficiently. The transducers, composed of high-quality phosphor-bronze/silver materials, minimise heat build-up and thus extend transducer life expectancy.
You can use ultrasonic energy to clean most anything that can be safely wetted. Among other applications, ultrasonic cleaner solutions are designed for iron and steel castings, fabricated parts, plastics, precious metals, ceramics, glass, rubber, and polished surfaces like aluminum.
