Star Galley Clean has been specially formulated as a fast acting, concentrated heavy duty bactericidal cleaner for the removal of heavy stubborn soiling from floors and other hard surfaces.

It is ideal for use in catering/food preparation areas; however it can be used in a multitude of applications, cargo holds to remove grease, dirt, oil and carbon.

Star Galley Clean passes British Standard EN 1276 under dirty hard water conditions, 5 minutes contact time and 20°C. Concentration used 1:40 (v/v).
Bacterial strains used: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus hirae.

Star Galley Clean passes British Standard BS6741 when diluted 1:200 (v/v) in hard water in 10 mins at 20°C.

Bacterial Strain used: Escherichia Coli Precautions Neat Star Galley Clean, in contact with the skin, should be washed off with water. Wear suitable protective clothing when using the above product.

Directions for use

In general, Star Galley Clean can be used at 1-3% and applied by spray, mop and sponge, or diluted in the detergent tank of steam cleaners and floor cleaning equipment. Stronger concentrations may be required for stained or heavily soiled hard surfaces.

Star Galley Clean does not require rinsing. However surfaces can be wiped and allowed to dry after 10 minutes contact time. When the application involves food processing it is good practice, and advised in food processing law, to rinse surfaces with clean water after a contact time of 10 minutes.
For cleaning of Bacteria and virus, please use as 1 part Star Galley Clean and 10 parts water. Spray onto surface and leave for 15-20 minutes to kill any virus. Clean down with a wet cloth.
