RS-45 Plus is a direct replacement (extension) gas that can be used in flooded evaporator systems previously converted from running on R22 to RS-45 (R434A).
It has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) lower than 2,500. Reclaimed high-GWP refrigerant may continue to be used to service certain existing refrigeration systems until the end of 2029, subject to the requirements of the GB F-gas regulations.
